Policies

LATE ARRIVALS

Please understand as a courtesy to the next appointment, if you arrive late, your services shall finish at the original scheduled time and/or changes will have to made to your scheduled service. Arriving too late to perform the service may result in a reschedule/cancellation.

HAIR SERVICE DEPOSIT

All new clients will be required to place a 50% deposit, this deposit becomes non-refundable if you are a No-Show or do not cancel within 2 days of your appointment. Please understand that I turn away other clients to hold your reservation, If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give proper notice.

CHILDREN

We love children and most of us are parents, However, in order for our salon to provide you and our clients with services to the best of our abilities, and for their safety, children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the Salon/Spa at any time. If you will be receiving services, please make other arrangements for your little one, so that we can deliver you and others a relaxing and personable experience.

Parents/Guardians will be held responsible for all damages.

PRICING

*Prices vary client to client and are determined by time involved and product/supply usage. 

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please advise me in advance of any allergies to ingredients or medical conditions such as pregnancy or medication you are taking. I  will advise you which treatments are best for you. My Licenses only allow me to work on healthy skin and hair, etc. I do not treat or diagnose any disease. If I feel you have a contagious or infectious disease (fungus, warts, ringworm, lice, etc.) the service will not be provided/continued.

 I recommend you see a medical professional or get clearance from your doctor.


By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to all  policies and regulations.
