Before the start of your service, clients are required to fill out an acknowledgement form and show proof of identity and age. Form includes informing your artist of any health, medications, pregnancy, etc. that may interfere, be a cause for concern or cause complications during or after the procedure. The studio, artists or affiliates are not responsible for false or withheld information.

Please do not bring more than one guest with you to your appointment. Your accompanying guest is not allowed in the procedure area and must sit in the lobby during your service. Children under the age of 15 & non-service animals are not allowed in the studio at anytime.

We will go over placement and make any minor adjustments to details if necessary. If at anytime during the procedure you need to take a break, please let the artist know.

All supplies used are disposable. Please do not touch any objects or supplies in the treatment areas. Do not sit or enter any other artist's treatment area at anytime. Please do not use or move furniture from another area of the studio, ask an artist for assistance.

No Smoking, E-cigarettes or drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed in the studio. We will not perform any services on individuals that are or may appear under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

At the end of your service we will evaluate your new tattoo together and add any additional details if necessary. Verbal and physical after-care instructions will be given to you.
